Dear Friends of BCA,

One of my favorite things about Breast Cancer Awareness, Inc. is seeing how kindness comes full circle. This summer, because of the incredible generosity of our donors, we were able to mail our Summer Kids Boxes to children whose parent or caregiver is currently fighting breast cancer. Each box is a reminder that while cancer touches the entire family, our community is here to surround them with love, encouragement, and hope. Thank you for making moments like these possible.

As we look ahead, I’m also excited to invite you to our Volunteer Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, August 12, from 4:30–5:30 p.m. at the BCA office. This special afternoon is our way of celebrating the amazing volunteers who make our mission possible while welcoming anyone interested in becoming part of the BCA family. We’ll enjoy ice cream, games, giveaways, great conversation, and share an exciting look at where BCA is headed in the future. Whether you’ve been volunteering with us for years or are thinking about getting involved for the first time, we’d love to have you join us.

As we prepare for an exciting fall, sponsorship opportunities and registrations are now open for both Hangarfest and Step ‘N Stride. These events play an important role in helping us continue our mission of supporting local breast cancer fighters and their families.
